Stay Hydrated with Fruit Infused Water
Fruit infused water is refreshing and a great way to stay hydrated in this summer heat. We have some terrific fruit-infused water combinations that can help you lose weight, detox and even lower your blood-pressure.
The easiest way to infuse your water is by placing the ingredients in a pitcher and letting it sit overnight, in the refrigerator. You’ll wake up to a healthy drink that curbs soda and sugar cravings and keeps you hydrated. And, now that we’re right in the middle of summer, drinking enough water is paramount. It is recommended that adults drink 6-8 glasses of water a day, or about 2 liters (a half gallon).
