When Haley Maness was diagnosed with Lyme disease and mold exposure in 2018, she knew she couldn’t continue to live with the chronic pain and fatigue that was wearing her down every day. As mainstream medicine seemed to offer no solutions, Haley began researching alternative treatments and herbal remedies to help her symptoms. What she found was a holistic approach to wellness that included food as medicine and healing herbs which dramatically improved her health.

Roots & Leaves is based on her belief and experience that herbs can be powerful medicinal remedies. And today, she is on a mission to help others live the healthy and abundant life she has found through them.

Haley’s favorite healing tool became her Elderberry and Honey Tonic, a vibrant combination of twelve herbs and roots mixed with raw honey to create a naturally effective product. As Haley says, “When I take it, I feel better. It’s as simple as that.”
