Fresh and Healthy Smoothies
We have become obsessed with smoothies. Not only do smoothies provide incredible nutrition, you can use smoothies to lose weight, maintain energy, and support your gym goals. Naturally, we did a little investigating and found some incredible recipes that are chock full of fruits and vegetables. The best part? We’ve done all the hard work for you. All you have to do is put these ingredients in your blender to create delicious smoothies for any occasion. You can add ice to your blender, if you prefer, but all of these smoothies use fresh ingredients, which should provide enough liquid for a good consistency.

ou can also “pre-make” these smoothies, so you can easily prepare them in the morning. All you need is a gallon-sized zip-top bag. Put all your fresh ingredients in the bags and then into the refrigerator. You’ll look and feel better and get your recommended intake of daily vitamins, fruits, and vegetables!

The Skinny Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple, sliced and frozen
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 cup water
The Recovery/Detox Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 cups kale
The Mental Focus Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 3/4 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup silken tofu
- 1/3 cup packed spinach
- 1/2 banana
The Relaxation/Sleepy Time Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup kale leaves
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp. raw almond butter
- 2 tsp. flax seeds, ground
- 2 kiwi fruits
- 1/2 cup almond milk
The Pre-Workout/Post-Workout/Energy Smoothie
