Vanilla Chai Protein Muffin

Dry Ingredients
- 2 scoops Flavor & Fettle Grass Fed Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 1 cup oat flour (This can be made by grinding gluten free rolled oats in a coffee grinder or food processor for a few seconds)
- 1tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp Sea Salt or Pink Himalayan salt
Spice mix
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp cardamom
- ½ tsp ginger
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp cloves
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsweetened organic applesauce
- ¼ cup organic maple syrup
- 1tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cage free egg
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Mix the dry ingredients and spice mix together
- In a separate bowl mix together the wet ingredients
- Slowly fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
- Don’t over mix! Combine until a batter forms.
- Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners
- Divide the batter evenly between 8-12 muffins depending on your preference
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
