Need a good post-gym snack? Find yourself on the go? These Vanilla Chai Protein Muffins are a delicious snack that will keep you satisfied!

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Flavor & Fettle Grass Fed Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 cup oat flour (This can be made by grinding gluten free rolled oats in a coffee grinder or food processor for a few seconds)
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp Sea Salt or Pink Himalayan salt

Spice mix

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp cardamom
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp cloves

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened organic applesauce
  •  ¼ cup organic maple syrup
  •  1tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  •  1 cage free egg

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Mix the dry ingredients and spice mix together
  3. In a separate bowl mix together the wet ingredients
  4. Slowly fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
  5. Don’t over mix! Combine until a batter forms.
  6. Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners
  7. Divide the batter evenly between 8-12 muffins depending on your preference
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Cool for 5-10 minutes then enjoy!
