Ingredients:
3 packages (12 oz each) Troyer kielbasa, cut into 1 inch pieces
4 sweet onions, quartered
3 lbs small red potatoes
8 ears of corn, shucked and cut in half
4 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
4 Tbsp Kenyan Café Wild Kenyan pepper sauce
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp Braswell’s savory sirloin steak sauce
2 Tbsp SoLa Cajun seasoning
3 lb gulf shrimp, deveined
Directions:
- Place kielbasa, onions, potatoes, and corn in a large (7 gallon) stockpot (or use two large pots and divide ingredients between them).
- Fill the stockpot halfway with water, ensuring the ingredients are completely under water.
- Add seasonings and bring to a boil.
- Boil for 20 minutes (adding more water if needed).
- Add shrimp, bring back to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
- Once finished, ladle into bowls and enjoy!
