Baked Brie

1 8oz wheel of President Soft-Ripened Brie Cheese

1/2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped

2 tbsp H.L. Franklin’s Wildflower Honey

Crackers, toasted bread, or fruit, to serve


  • Remove the brie wheel from the refrigerator. Place on a small sheet of parchment paper, then onto a small baking sheet.
  • Make shallow cuts into the top of the brie wheel. Be sure to cut just across the top, do not cut deep. Cut in a criss-cross pattern. Let brie rest at room temperature for 30-45 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Sprinkle fresh rosemary and thyme over the brie, then drizzle with honey. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Once done, the brie should be very soft. Transfer carefully from baking sheet to your serving dish, then serve with crackers, bread, or fruit.
