Directions:
- Remove the brie wheel from the refrigerator. Place on a small sheet of parchment paper, then onto a small baking sheet.
- Make shallow cuts into the top of the brie wheel. Be sure to cut just across the top, do not cut deep. Cut in a criss-cross pattern. Let brie rest at room temperature for 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Sprinkle fresh rosemary and thyme over the brie, then drizzle with honey. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Once done, the brie should be very soft. Transfer carefully from baking sheet to your serving dish, then serve with crackers, bread, or fruit.
