Roasted Pork Tenderloin
Pork tenderloin (approximately 2 lb)
Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
Apply the mixture to the pork and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
Preheat oven to 375oF.
Place tenderloin on foiled lined baking sheet. Cover loosely with foil and cook for 20-25 minutes. Check for internal temperature of 145oF.
Let pork loin rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
