Roasted Pork Tenderloin

1 Rock House Farm Pork Tenderloin (approx. 2lbs)

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 cup Field Day Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tbsp Braswell’s Dijon Honey Mustard

1 tsp onion powder


  • Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Apply mixture to the pork and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Place tenderloin on foil lined baking sheet. Cover loosely with foil and cook for 20-25 minutes. Check for internal temperature of 145F.
  • Let pork loin rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
