Pear and Gouda Grilled Cheese
Rock House Nanny Moon’s Gouda, shredded
red pears, thinly sliced
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat.
Spread butter onto one side of one slice of bread and place in pan, butter side down.
On that slice of bread, spread 1/4 cup cheese, then place 4 slices of pear, then ½ cup arugula, followed by 1/4 cup cheese. Top with another piece of bread and butter the top.
Cook sandwiches until golden on both sides. Cheese should be melted, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Repeat 3 more times to make a total of 4 sandwiches.
