Garlic-Ginger Grilled Baby Back Ribs

garlic cloves, chopped

small piece fresh ginger, chopped

1 Tbsp.

1 Tbsp.

kosher salt

2 tsp.

coarse black pepper

2 tbsp.

honey (coat measuring spoon with oil before measuring for easy removal)

1 Tbsp.

soy sauce

2 racks

Baby Back Ribs

Combine all ingredients except the ribs and oil. Mix thoroughly in a food processor until the ingredients become a paste.

Apply the paste to the ribs and let it marinate in the refrigerator 2-8 hours (the more time the better the flavor).

When ready to cook, brush grill grates with oil and heat to 325oF.

Place ribs on grill, bone side down first and cook for 20 – 25 minutes., Flip ribs over and cook for an additional 20 – 25 minutes until an internal temp 165oF is reached. The meat will shrink back from the end of the bones when ready.
