Garlic-Ginger Grilled Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients:

6 garlic cloves, chopped

1 small piece fresh ginger, chopped

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp kosher salt

2 tsp coarse black pepper

2 tbsp honey (coat measuring spoon with oil before measuring for easy removal)

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 racks Baby Back Ribs

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients except the ribs and oil. Mix thoroughly in a food processor until the ingredients become a paste.
  • Apply the paste to the ribs and let it marinate in the refrigerator 2-8 hours (the more time the better the flavor).
  • When ready to cook, brush grill grates with oil and heat to 325oF.
  • Place ribs on grill, bone side down first and cook for 20 – 25 minutes., Flip ribs over and cook for an additional 20 – 25 minutes until an internal temp 165oF is reached. The meat will shrink back from the end of the bones when ready.
