Chuck Roast (serves 4)
Preheat oven to 300oF.
Place roast in a 15 x 10-inch (4 quart) baking dish.
Surround roast with onions, celery, carrots, and potatoes.
Generously season roast and vegetables with seasoning salt and garlic powder.
Fill bottom of the baking dish with water, ¼ inch deep.
Tightly cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
Bake for 4 hours. The roast is ready when it’s fall apart tender.
