Ingredients:
8 slices sandwich bread
2 cups Rock House Clack's Chapel Cheese, shredded
1 medium Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
1 medium Pink Lady apple, thinly sliced
12 slices Farmview bacon, cooked
1-3 tbsp butter, softened
Directions:
- Heat a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter onto one side of one slice of bread and place in pan, butter side down.
- On that slice of bread, spread 1/4 cup cheese, then place 2 slices of each apple, then 3 pieces of cooked bacon, followed by 1/4 cup cheese. Top with another piece of bread and butter the top.
- Cook sandwiches until golden on both sides. Cheese should be melted, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- Repeat 3 more times to make a total of 4 sandwiches.
