Bacon Apple Cheddar Grilled Cheese

8 slices Luna Sourdough Bread

2 cups Rock House Creamery Clack’s Chapel Cheddar Cheese, shredded

1 whole Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced

1 whole Pink Lady apple, thinly sliced

12 slices Farmview Market Housemade Bacon

Butter, to taste


  • Heat a medium-sized skillet over medium heat.
  • Spread butter onto one side of one slice of bread and place in pan, butter side down.
  • On that slice of bread, spread ¼ cup of shredded cheese, then add 2 slices of each apple, 3 slices of cooked bacon, followed by ¼ cup of shredded cheese. Butter one side of another piece of bread, then place on top (butter side up).
  • Cook sandwiches until golden on both sides. Cheese should be melted, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  • Repeat procedure three more times to make a total of 4 sandwiches.
