Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 1 Rock House Farm Boston Butt or Pork Shoulder
- 6 Luna Hamburger Buns
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp ground white pepper
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp coriander
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
Directions:
- Combine all seasonings into a mixing bowl.
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Rub seasoning mix all over pork.
- Place pork into a roasting pan, then add 1/2 inch of water to roasting pan.
- Cook pork to internal temperature of 190 degrees F, approximately 4-6 hours.
- Once proper internal temperature is reached, remove pork from oven and allow to rest (at least 30 minutes).
- Pull pork apart using a pair of forks or chop with a large knife. Place on hamburger buns, top with your desired toppings, then serve.
