Peach & Prosciutto Pizza

1 pound frozen Tiseo’s pizza dough (follow package directions for safe thawing)

Olive oil, for coating and drizzling

3 cloves garlic, minced

8 oz fresh peaches, sliced into very thin wedges

6 thin slices prosciutto, cut into 1 inch pieces

1 package fresh basil, chopped

Queen’s Harvest sourwood balsamic vinegar to garnish, optional

Smoked paprika, to top


  • Preheat the oven to 450F.
  • Divide dough in half and shape into 2 medium pizzas (approximately 12 inch).
  • Brush one side of each of the doughs with olive oil and place, olive oil side down, on large baking sheets or pizza pans. Flip each dough over and brush each dough with more olive oil.
  • Sprinkle each pizza with half the minced garlic.
  • Arrange half the peaches, half the prosciutto, and half the basil on each pizza.
  • Arrange one bag of shredded mozzarella on each pizza.
  • Place pizzas in the oven and cook for 10 – 15 minutes, until the crust and cheese are brown.
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, if desired.
