*** In our Butcher Shop, we use Department of Agriculture certified scales to guarantee pork share weights, which may not be able to be replicated in a home environment on a kitchen scale. Each order window is approximately 4 weeks from the time the portal opens until it closes. Depending on when you order within the timeframe your time will change but it could take as long as 4 weeks from the time you order until pickup. The estimated pickup window is listed above and will be included in your order confirmation.
