Known for their tenderness, our Rock House Farm grass-fed filet mignon needs to be at the center of your plate. We recommend, searing your filets on the stovetop and finishing them in the oven to medium rare. If you're worried about over cooking or looking for an even juicier end result, try using the sous vide method before searing on the stove.

  • Choose from either a two or four pack of 5 oz Grass-fed Filet Mignon

The Grass-fed Beef Difference

Rock House Farm grass-fed, grass-finished beef is simply the best. It starts with selecting the right breeds for the best flavor attributes, then working with forage specialists to grow pristine grasses that promote better flavor and tenderness. By harvesting at just the right time and carefully selecting choice cuts, we ensure the product is always fresh. We are always working diligently to provide you with the ultimate eating experience.

We don't just care about our animals; we also care about you! Grass-fed beef is the healthy, tasty choice with less total fat, more heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, more CLA (conjugated linoleic acid, a type of fat that's thought to reduce heart disease and cancer risks), and more antioxidant vitamins, such as vitamin E.

Rock House Farm

Taste the difference of Rock House Farm’s 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef and Berkshire pork. As a Georgia Grown family farm, Rock House uses only traditional methods that honor the animals and the land their products come from. The result is incredibly flavorful, tender meat that is good for your family and good for our environment.

The cattle at Rock House Farm are a heritage breed, Devon crossed with Angus, but what really sets them apart is they’re raised under irrigation, which allows them to eat a diet of high-quality forage. This translates into tender, flavorful, grass-fed, grass-finished beef that’s available throughout the year. Again focusing on natural practices, Rock House hogs are raised in an open environment that combines woods and pasture. Berkshire hogs were chosen, because they produce a high quality pork with a rich color and greater marbling.

No matter their pursuit, Rock House Farm maintains the highest standards of quality production and animal raising. Because life is too short to eat uninspired.
