Uniquely Southern, Zeigler's Honey specializes in raw, unfiltered honey produced in Georgia and surrounding states.

  • Wildflower Honey: Due to its wild nature, Zeigler's Georgia Wildflower may be made from sourwood, tulip poplar, Gallberry, saw palmetto, tallow, blueberry, blackberry, goldenrod, or any number of other locally flowering plants that their bees take a liking to. The result is a wonderfully complex orchestra of flavors and pollen, which make it an ideal choice for seasonal allergy sufferers
  • Orange Blossom Honey: Produced exclusively in Florida, where Zeigler's bees harvest pollen from the sunshine state's expansive orange groves, this single varietal honey is extra light amber with a mild citrus flavor and aroma. A perfect complement to baked goods, herbal teas, or simply enjoyed by the spoonful
  • Wildberry Honey: Zeigler's Georgia Wildberry honey is a blend produced from the various berry plants that bloom in the Georgia spring, including gallberry, blueberry, blackberry
  • Gallberry Honey: Gallberry Honey is what Zeigler's is known for. Although Gallberry plants grows in many states throughout the southeast, no where does it grow in such abundance as southeastern Georgia. In some areas it is the only flowering plant, which enables Zeigler's bees to create a single varietal Gallberry Honey that cannot be reproduced anywhere in the world
  • Tupelo Honey: Most southerners know that Tupelo is amongst the rarest and finest honeys in the world, but they may not know that it is produced during a brief, but intense, two week bloom of the White Tupelo Tree which grows along the Chipola and Apalachicola rivers of northwest Florida. Real Tupelo honey is a light golden amber color with a greenish cast and doesn't crystalize
  • Tallow Honey: Tallow trees grow in abundance in the foothills of north Georgia. While some consider it an invasive plant, we consider the light-amber honey produced from its flowers to be absolutely delicious
