We add a touch of brown sugar to give our handmade sausage a hint of sweetness that will pair just as well with a stack of pancakes as it will with a spicy hash. All of our sausage is made from Berkshire hogs, known for producing high quality pork with greater marbling, out of Rock House Farm and prepared by our artisan butchers at Farmview Market.
